Women’s Legacy, the European Erasmus + KA201 educational innovation project led by the Conselleria of Education, Culture and Sports of the Generalitat Valenciana, has also been presented at the headquarters of the Instituto Cervantes in Madrid, thanks to the entity member El Legado de Las Mujeres, a teachers’ association to give visibility to women in the contents of Secondary Education.
The Women’s Legacy has organized several dissemination days about Women’s Legacy since the launch of the project, in which it has participated from the beginning. On this occasion, in addition, there has been the close collaboration of other partner entities, such as Classical and Modern, as well as Women in Music.
Specifically, the event took place on Thursday, May 18th. Ana López-Navajas, coordinator of Women’s Legacy, participated along with Marifé Santiago, writer and essayist, who was the master of ceremonies; Mercedes Gómez-Blesa, philosopher and vice president of the Women’s Legacy; Sonia Sánchez, a Literature professor who spoke about the catalog of women’s literature; Sandra Riaboy, architect who exhibited the catalog of Female-authored Art; and Jorge García, professor who was in charge of explaining the catalog of female authors of Music.
